Processing time

Processing: 1 to 3 business days.

We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

Please allow a little extra time during launches and promotions.

International shipping

We currently ship within the European Union.

Shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom opens soon. Import duties and taxes will be calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping from €150.

Below €150, standard shipping is €4.95. The final cost is shown at checkout.

Shipping within the Netherlands

Delivery: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping cost is shown at checkout unless a promotion says otherwise.

European Union shipping

Delivery: 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Order tracking

We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

Courier delays can happen and are outside our control.

If your package appears lost, email help@moxysmuse.com. We will help you investigate.
